You can walk-in for a procedure or schedule it in advance by phone or in person. You can visit our centre on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m.

Pre-arrival Checklist:

1. National ID/Passport (birth certificate for minors if using NHIF)
2. Fee for the services requested
3. Your insurance card (if payment is through insurance)
4. NHIF Card (if payment is through NHIF)
5. Prescription (this is the request Form from your doctor’s office)
6. Your phone number or that of the patient’s parent/guardian
