Job Summary:

VitalRay Health Solutions is seeking to hire an Associate Human Resource Assistant who will be
responsible for performing human resource roles.
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain electronic and non-electronic records of employees.
2. Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected
   and maintained.
3. Ensure that accurate and updated job descriptions are in place.
4. Monitoring employee daily attendance.
5. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, selecting the best fit and
   carrying out interviews.
6. Assist with performance management procedures by ensuring the employees sign their
   performance appraisal forms.
7. Managing leave to ensure employees are utilizing their leave days properly.
8. Provide orientation to new staff joining the organization.
9. Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance growth for the employees.
10. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as
    performance evaluation.
11. Tracking discounts given to clients by the business development team and recoveries for
    the discounts.
12. Contract and probation tracking to ensure that employees contracts are up to date.
13. Organizing for staff welfare activities.
14. Tracking licenses for the clinical staff to ensure that they renew them on time.
15. Providing clerical support for the Human Resource Manager.
16. Attend to other administrative duties as assigned.
    Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    – Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management from a recognized training
    institution.
    – 1-2 years work experience in a similar position.
    – Be a member of IHRM.
    – Problem solving and multitasking skills.
    – Ability to work under pressure.
    – Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
    – Able to uphold high ethical and professional standards.
    – Dependable and responsible with ability to uphold highest levels of integrity and
    confidentiality.

Job Summary:
VitalRay Health Solutions is seeking to hire a Radiologist who will be responsible for interpreting
medical images to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform or interpret the outcomes of diagnostic imaging procedures including magnetic
   resonance imaging (MRI), computer tomography (CT), Ultrasound and X-Ray.
2. Document the performance, interpretation, or outcomes of all exams performed.
3. Evaluate medical information to determine patients’ risk factors, such as allergies to contrast
   agents, or to make decisions regarding the appropriateness of procedures.
4. Instruct radiologic staff in desired techniques, positions, or projections.
5. Obtain patients’ histories from electronic records, patient interviews, dictated reports, or by
   communicating with referring doctors.
6. Prepare comprehensive interpretive reports of findings.
7. Interpret images using computer-aided detection or diagnosis systems.
8. Serve as an offsite tele-radiologist when needed.
9. Ensure the policies and procedures of VitalRay Health Solutions are applied and adhered to.
10. Ensure effective and economic use of resources and report all occurrences of defects, which
    may affect health and safety of patients and staff.
11. Liaise and communicate with all other staff in a courteous and helpful manner at all times.
12. Take responsibility for your own professional development in the role, in accordance with
    Continual Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
13. Ensure that complaints and incidents are dealt with appropriately and reported to
    management in accordance with company policies.
    Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    > Masters Degree in Radiology.
    > Must be registered and licensed with Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
    > Valid annual retention certificate.
    > Sound decision making and problem solving skills.
    > Excellent communication skills.
    > Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage interactions with varied personalities.
